This place is amazing and uses great ingredients that don't make me sick. I am so glad a place with quality ingredients is close to me. Will be back :)

Just delicious! Great quality beef! Lots of toppings to choose from. The spicy ketchup is special! Peach cobbler is a must! Even if you're full, just do it! Cute little restaurant, give it a try!

Excellent everything! We ordered delivery, I know I know, but this was amazing. Even the fries were still warm, though I would not have cared if they weren't, they tasted amazing. I had the regular cheeseburger and Becky had the bacon blue burger. Both were cooked to perfection. I can't wait to sit down for the dessert next time.

Awesome burger and fries with quick service. We met a regular customer when we first walked in who told us all about the menu and options. I mentioned that one of the hotdogs looked good and she said they are good, but trust me and get a burger, which I did. Excellent choice. The meat was incredible and there is a long list of fixings available for free. We were very pleased. The only downfall for me was that the owner's book 'Burger Brilliance' isn't available in a Kindle version.

Second time I came here (last week) was much better than the first (a year ago...maybe). I think I came when they were much newer. Looks like they have worked through some things because the food was fresh, hot and flavorful. We got the green mushroom burger and western burger with two fries. They were out of cobbler. Those burgers were amazing. They hit the spot. And same for the fries. They were medium cut and well seasoned. The burgers are not huge but they are very satisfying and didn't leave me heavy. Not greasy at all. Would highly recommend and will be going back. Small parking lot and dining area, so be prepared for that.

There are so few places where I can safely enjoy a meal with Celiac Disease so I really appreciated this burger place having separate prep areas, a designated fryer for the fries and gluten-free buns. From an allergy perspective (safety is my #1 priority!) they would get five stars. However from a food quality perspective, for the price, I would give only two or three stars. When we arrived we were surprised to find that this looks like it used to be a house. They do have their own parking lot. It was very busy. There was a line to order. You pay at a desk and they bring out your food. There is a soda fountain for drinks. Ambiance is very casual, more casual than we expected. It would be family-friendly as well. The food itself was okay but not great. For the price of the burger, I was expecting it to taste better. They charge extra for a gluten-free bun that is thin and dry. Don't pay for it! I think it would have tasted better with no bun than with their gluten-free bun. I was super excited that they had a designated fryer for "handcut fries" (they charge for fries, not included in the burger price). The fries were a disappointment too - not crispy at all. If we are in Rockwell again and need an allergy-friendly meal, we would consider returning since we didn't get sick (from cross contamination of food allergies).

Great farm to table restaurant with good burgers and amazing desserts. You order at the counter, collect your beeper and pick a table since seating is open. They have a wide selection of burgers to pick from including keto friendly options. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and clean. The owner and his family are very involved in the day to day operations. The food took around 20 minutes to be served. The Wells logo on the bun is a very nice branding touch. The burgers and fries tasted good. Do try the ranch and Wells ketchup. The pies are made by the owner's aunt and they tasted amazing. Freshly made and definitely a winner! Pricing : The burgers are priced on the higher end. The desserts are moderately priced. There definitely is value for the money spent. Will I return? : For sure.

So we happen to be in the area and we were on our way to our favorite restaurant in Royse City only to find out that they're closed on Monday so a quick private on Yelp to find another mom and Pop hamburger place to eat and we found Wells. What I find it was I had a build your own burger with some mushrooms and jalapeños and I tried the flash fried sprouts. I have to say this is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten in my life! Of course we couldn't go without trying the cobbler and ice cream which by the way the ice cream was better than bluebell I'm told it's from Fate creamery and the cobbler was just like your grandmother would make!! Staff was all very friendly restaurant clean prices reasonable we felt like we stumbled onto a local secret as the restaurant was full of repeat local customers . It's an old house that's been turned into a restaurant which makes it very quaint. They sell hats shirts and even knives so when in Rockwall make sure and stop here!! ...add it to the love list

Hands down the best place to get a burger! Probably the most flavorful burger I have ever had. Even better, they have gluten free bun option too! We tried a smattering of things here since it was our first time. We got the mushroom Swiss on GF bun, brunch burger with overeasy egg on waffle bun, wells burger, well burger without cheese. They brand the bun with the wells logo, it's so cool! From the front, it looks like a home but the back eating area is beautifully built with a great view with the windows all around. I saw there are a lot of pies to choose from. A reason for us to return next time!
